Old Flat Top

Here come old flat top
He come groovin’ up slowly
He got jew jew eyeballs
He want holy rollers
He got hair down to his knees
Got to be a joker
He just do what he please

He say I know you, you know me
One thing I can tell you is
You got to be free

  1. Hello, I enjoy your photos. You live in a sacred space, pritty cool. I do too,Nor. Cal.mts. Your photos look alot like the art-work I’ve been transfixed upon for 5-6yrs now. I take a posterBoard, fold in half-open back up, then begin randomly placing dab-glops of paint on half of one side, wherever the spirit guides or the Muse Comands. Then I fold it back, squish it n manipulate a bit, then unfold it. I get where your Comin From, I’m an old Hippy too (if 50 is old?). I’ve also took a few trips without leaving the Mts, if ya catch my drift and I’ve seen faces in rocks and wood-grain that come out like some of mine do. The ‘negitive’ face, I see a shaman with his arms raised holding smudge sticks. Do you see the little ones, faces and figures the deeper you look?? any response would be cool. AW

    1. Ravensweater,
Thanks! Yeah, the deeper you go the more spirit creatures you will find in these. This was one of the first ones I found and it set me on a journey of many years that still feels like it’s just beginning.
Your work sounds really interesting…I’d love to see it.
      Greg
